It was reported lately in the Media that Jaan-e-mann was not ready to be screened for the closing ceremony at the prestigious South Asian film festival.
The producers would like to clarify, that its true that earlier there was talks of the film be showcased at the prestigious festival on Oct 8 th. But then it was mutually decided not to go ahead because it would be too early keeping in mind the Indian release date is Oct 20th
ÂJaan-e-mann has been arousing stupendous curiosity and is the most awaited blockbuster this festival season. And therefore itÂs rightly justified to ensure that everyone sees the film on the release date.
In fact the innovative producer has gone a step ahead & tied up with UFO Moviez to distribute the film digitally to 500 cinemas, thus ensuring that even the B & C centres get to see the movie on the worldwide release date.
Says Sajid Nadiadwala, ÂYeah its true that earlier we had talks to screen the film at the prestigious SAIFF, but than we mutually decided not to go ahead since it would be a bit early and would only be fair if everyone gets to see the film on the worldwide release date.Â
